Hi. I take 10mg once a week. I was not given any warnings but I also did not read the package insert! Sounds like you have a low dose... just use sunscreen or block on the sun!

I’m on 15mg methotrexate 1x week. Watch out for sunburn, where a hat, apply 50spf sunscreen. I hike, swim, & garden outside.

I take my predisone at bedtime so I can get out of bed in the morning, I tried switching it to the morning but I was to stiff and the predisone didn't start working till the evening, but Karen is right sometimes it does keep me up then I have to take a sleep aid.

Use lots of sunscreen. Mtx causes you to sunburn easy.
