Bone Spurs On Hip Joints? Degeneration Of Lower Spine Caused By R.A. Damage? Sarcoidosis?

I had Xrays done on my hips because they hurt and I had started having "popping" in my left hip when I walk. Results showed bone spurs! Has anyone else gotten these? I'm scheduled for injections in both "true hip joints" one this Friday and one a week from then. I don't really see how any injection can help a bone spur much. I have Bone spurs in shoulders. got shots every 6 months for two years. Pain stopped for 3 years now. it works..
