May have been costcochondriitis. It caused by RA, but can definitely feel like a heart attack.

I had chest pains, pain in my collarbone, back pain like gall bladder and my sternum was swelled up where the collar bone connected. It hurt to take deep breaths and sneezing and coughing was a whole new experience. When I saw my doctor I thought my time was limited. My primary care doctor had a CT scan done and they found a slightly enlarged liver and spleen. Went away after a couple of weeks. These symptoms are similar to people diagnosed with SAPHO syndrome. Still have some of the symptoms occasionally but not all at once when it really hit. My moral is that when you feel the way you did, still go see the doctor, do not just blame it on the arthritis.

It can be RA This horrible autoimmune disease can affect every part of your body. Do some research to see for yourself. Call your RA doctor. I'm assuming that you all all know that diet plays a big part of the inflamation that we have. I have a hard time sticking with it. LOL

I have ended up at the hospital several times sure Iwas having a heart attack. It was finally determined it was a anxiety attack. Chest pains, trouble breathing, sweatting, blurry vision , and stomach nausa . Its all part of it. Its also a part of RD. You can get help for that.
