It varies same times mine have lasted for a two years and other times for six months.
I’ve taken it for over ten years now and it’s been the best relief I’ve found for my RA. Good wishes to you and all that are trying Rituxan for the first time.

I had the second infusion four weeks ago. So far no relief in pain or swelling and the doctor gave me two cortisone c shots in my shoulders to help with work. All I have so far is constant itching and a runny nose. But the doctor said it takes three months before I see improvements- I hope it will work and the itching will go away

The Rituxin infusions last six months after two infusions two weeks apart. At six months you repeat the two infusions two weeks apart. I was told it is not totally out of the body at six months but it is tapering. It is used for a variety of issues but this was for RA. Some people need it a little more often.
