Hi, I have my court date two weeks ago. I had other things wrong with me for yrs but, other things only last 5 yrs. I got denied 3 times on 4 th time I got my time in court room. Amen❤️ I was so scared. Struck to guns and keep trying. I would tell you to get a lawyer. I have a friend in WI and she has lupus and has been denied a lot. Make shore you don’t make with taxes 1,100.00 per month. Yea, I know that hard to live on. Have a good night! 😊💜🌹

Please consider advocates like ALLSUP. They are assisting me through my process so far and I'm loving them.

Hi Squiggles,
You must continue to see your doctors because the courts will require all medical records, doctor notes, pharmacy records, etc. I had to go before a judge to appeal my disability, and only received a partial disability because my doctor claimed he lost my medical file. This was not true. It cost me $90,000. I was forced to accept the courts decision or I would not have gotten my disability approved moving forward. Also, it gets re-evaluated every seven years. I also hired a Diability Advocate to represent me at the Socual Security Disability Hearing. This was very helpful. Do not give up! Best, @A myRAteam Member 😊❤️❤️

Hi, Squiggles, If you have moved I would be getting a new lawyer to represent you. Call the lawyer who was going to represent you and ask if he or she represents in your in area where you live. If not because it best to get this organized. One thing you don’t want do not be organized. In the end it will help you a lot. I feel you that you can’t work at all. Remember if your having side effects to meds. Keep close relationship with Drs. You need to have some kind of Dealing routine in your life. You need to set goals for yourself. Daily routine in your life. You need to set goals for yourself Don’t over do it but, tell your self. I’m going to walk such in such every day. My voice is the worst thing is not to move. Some kind of exercising even if it’s just walking. Will help!! Hope your feeling better soon.🙏🏻❤️🌸 Take Care❤️Kim💜🌸

Hi, I’m so sorry. I would look into getting a lawyer but, the lawyer doesn’t get paid unless you win. They would go back as far as you filed from
day one that you were denied. I feel this best for you because how else would you be able to afford a lawyer. I found out that your case moves a long a lot better with a lawyer. Does your State have help getting your electric, gas paid. You take your bills to them. You get a credit for winter months. Oct. through April. Even tho it’s Feb. I would try. What state are you in? The lawyers in Iowa where I first started out my case were awful. I wish you lots of luck with this. You were diagnosed with RA when? Thank you❤️Kim😊🌸❤️
