How Can I Find A Rheumatologist That Will Give Me Resources For Mobility Issues?
My Rheumatologist focus mostly on my pain level and I can't talk to him about other issues that are trigored due to having RA. I have Mobility Issues, Depression and Fatigue. He doesn't seem to care when I bring up the subject.
My rheumatologist is the same but I am lucky as my GP will listen and I feel more comfortable talking to him anyway. He write to my rheumatologist and tells him if I have any difficulties.
He should care and make note of other problems. He should recommend someone else to help you if he can't. I would ask him that. My primary care doctor overseas all my docs by recommending new specialists. They are all very busy so need your help by you asking questions. I did change doctors and found a woman doctor who cared about the pain and difficulties of RA and complications.
Hope this helps,
Sandy

Find a new dr. My ra dr is amazing and I go to her for everything. Your ra dr should be dealing with everything related to your ra including depression etc
Your family Dr.should help find a new ra specialist. Not just one in their (group).Ask who they would send a family member to'
