Dr teals pure epsom salt foot cream. Goofy i know. But the epsom salt soaks in and helps ease things. Its also got shea and aloe so will help prevent your skin from drying out. Walmart sells it

I️ use Salonpas. Be sure to follow package instructions. Some people can be sensitive so might be a good idea to cut a small piece and try that first. I️ can’t use for more than 2 days in one spot. If you can use them they work great. I’ll even cut them into strips and wrap around finger and next morning pain has subsided.

Please careful with patches not sure which ones a friend got a bad burn from leaving it on.

I use a homeopathic cream called 'Topricin' It works pretty good for me. Also love the 'Salonpas' pain patches that you can get at Walmart, Walgreens, almost anywhere. Good luck and hope you find some relief.
