What Supplements Are People Taking That Seem Effective?

I am thinking of things like Magnesium Oil, Tumeric, Teas, Reisi Mushroom Powder etc.

im taking 1500mg of curcumin (derivate of tumeric) and Carlesons very finest fish oil 1600 mg, vit d3, madnesium carbonate drink, oregonal juice, and there is a magnesium spray to spray on joints and one of the other people on this thread said that it works very well.

I cleared the turmeric with all my doctors. I feel blessed to have found something that helps. I take 550mg organic turmeric root extract. Have not noticed any side effects other that feeling less pain. I have a bad liver, so this is the only thing I have found to help that is safe.

I might look into taking more supplements . My Ra doc did not encourage me to take any. I think they just to push drugs

I take magnesium, fish oil, one tumeric capsule, vitamin b complex, vitamin b sublingual and vitamin d.

I take turmeric, tart cherry juice, omega 3, vitamin D, magnesium. vitamin B - whatever natural things that are supposed to help.
