Can You Have A Moderate VectraDA Score (38) And NOT Have RA?
I am still trying to navigate through all of this. I was recently told I am seronegative RA, but still trying to wrap my brain around things. I am pre-joint damage at this point. Just wondering if there is any reason other than RA that a VectraDA would show up with a moderate score?
Yes I was officially diagnosed with the RA factor blood tests of 638
@A myRAteam Member - Yeah, I believe that is true. My Dr. apparently ordered the Vectra upon my first visit with him when he mentioned he thought it might be RA. Two weeks later when I went back, he confirmed that, according to blood tests and his clinical assessment, I have RA (although I am seronegative). I am getting a second opinion for a number of reasons, but I can't figure out why I would have a moderate Vectra if it isn't RA . . . so that is the basis for my question. I have had more symptoms reminiscent of RA in the last three weeks, so I am getting more used to the idea and my second opinion appointment is in two weeks, but I do appreicate reading peoples stories and reading their opinions. Thanks.
I though the Vectra blood test was only used for people with RA.
Has Anyone Had A Vectra D Test? I Remember Getting One, Some Years , My Score Was A 45! The Range For High RA Is 45-100.Severe Damage
