I have the same problem and my doctor told me the same and wants me to go to a sleep study.

I am on Orencia infusions once a month. For the first couple of days after the infusion I feel sick to my stomach a little and really tired. I was on Humera and Embrel before and they didn't help at all. The Orencia does help, but doesn't eliminate everything. I have never been on Remicade.

I'm supposed to begin Orencia Monday and this scares me! I'm already fatigued and I teach 7 year olds. I've gone months on Remicade with very little relief from achy joints and stiffness.

I'm on Orencia over a year now and Yes!! I'm exhausted all the time...it didn't occur to me that it may be the cause. I'm gonna talk to my rheumi thanks
