How long does it take methotrexate to get to therapeutic levels ?
It took my rheumy about a year to get the right dosage and cocktails worked out for me. If you're not having any results, you might need to up the dosage or add a biologic
My doctor told me six weeks until I had enough in my system to determine efficacy.

3 months but you can feel if it's working usually around 3 weeks.
