Who On Here Has Very Bad Swelling? My Ankles And Feet Swell A Lot.! But Especially My Left!

Try soaking your feet in Epsom salts then elevate them. In bed put a pillow under them. During the day if you can keep them elevated as much as possible.

Wow ya I have swelling and my left foot is bad with pain flares up bad. Weird both have left foot problems

I used to have a pair and when they wore out I never replaced them. You are right, I should get another pair. I like adjustable shoes😊

Oh yes... I have had it for years. Both feet and legs. My right is the worst. I am going to finally head to the lymphoedema center my father went to and they will do therapy to reduce swelling and then fit me with custom compression stockings. It tends to throw my balance off sometimes. Can be frustrating to find shoes that fit comfortably.
