Has Anyone Tried Tumeric Milk As A Relief For Joint And Muscle Pain And If So, What Have Been Your Results?

A friend told me that Tumeric or Golden milk helps as an anti-inflammatory, naturally. I'm curious to see if anyone here has tried it and had any noticeable results? I'm also wondering if there are any contradictions with it and medications? I'm taking prednisone, Plaquenil, and Arava, currently.

I put turmeric in all my cooking, it helps with inflamation. I even put it in spicy tea.

Tumrric seems to help me a little with inflammation. If you sprinkle it on foods it's kind of a mustard taste. Very mild..not spicy at all.

I had saved this recipe from Dr Sanjay Gupta a long time ago and have yet to make it, myself-- but he claims he was given this growing up and he drinks it all the time. I have read that for medicinal purposes, we do need quite a bit of turmeric/curcumin, but it couldn't hurt! I've used curcumin supplements and I do think they help some.
