I have had pain in my shin in the very front of my leg. Mine was from shin splints from doing too much walking all of a sudden. Goggle shin splints and see if it's like what you have

I get that! It hurts! I get it in my calves too! It feels like you are stepping on your shin/ calves when you walk!
