Humira is notorious for sinus issues, maybe other biologics have that same side effect. I agree with @A myRAteam Member about using a nasal saline spray. I also use a neti pot for nasal irrigation. Drinking a lot of water helps because it thins mucous.

Often times for me, I feel that swollen and tender feeling in the glands of my neck before a flare. Or sometimes, it's the warning sign of an infection beginning. This happened just a couple of weeks ago. Within 24 hours of "feeling like I was getting ill," I developed bronchial pneumonia and I'm still fighting it. My joint pain has been better than usual during this illness, so I'll give the credit to the treatment I'm on currently. Prednisone has always been my favorite symptom reliever....I wish it didn't have such side effects. It makes a huge difference in relieving my pain.

I have constant sinus problems since being on biologics , my glands get swollen at times too. Using a saline nasal spray twice a day to irrigate your nose etc helps a lot and using Flonase helps a lot too

I get a sore throat quite often and voice gets to sounding pretty hoarse
