Members shared their top mattress recommendations for managing rheumatoid arthritis pain and sleep disruptions, with Tempur-Pedic memory foam beds (especially models with adjustable bases and cooling gel) emerging as the most popular choice for their pressure-relieving support and comfort. Several members also praised pillow-top mattresses and heated waterbeds for providing soothing relief during flares, while others emphasized the importance of finding the right firmness level for individual needs. A recurring theme was viewing a quality mattress as a worthwhile investment in pain management and overall quality of life, with many noting interest-free financing options to make these purchases more accessible.

My suggestion is to get a Tempur-pedic bed with the razor the one that lives at the top and list at the bottom. It's like a hospital bed but it is the best investment I made. It was the best thing that I could've done for my body.

I recently (finally after ages on the settee) bought myself a new bed with under storage. It lifts easily I also bought an additional memory foam mattress topper and a bed rest, that helps you to sit up in bed. X

I have a waterbed. It's very difficult to sleep on anything else. I love it.

I cannot sleep on a pillow top mattress of any kind. I had to look all over before I found one without that was also extra firm.
