I'm Just Wondering How Many People Around The Age Of 32 Have Been Diagnosed With RA? If So What Does Everyone Do To Help Cope With It?
Sorry, I'm 30 years older than you, but I've had RA since I was close to your age. Some good ways to cope are staying active! And a well balanced diet. And don't go off your meds. (I've done that several times, it's painful!!š
Does anyone have trouble with losing feeling in fingers and staying cold all time.I have lost the feeling in my right index finger, and it stays cold all time.
I was diagnosed at 23. It's constant joint pain and fatigue!
I had this bad in all fingers 2 months before the RA kicked in and I was diagnosed. It sounds like what I had, Raynaud Syndrome. Now that I'm on the right medications it doesn't do it as often. Cold and stress will trigger my fingers. I have to run them under warm tap water (sometimes a couple of minutes) before the circulation will come back. Raynaud is pretty common in the cold midwest. Gloves help too.
I've not been diagnosed with Reynaud's but I think I have it. In the winter, my hands and feet get very cold and sometime, my fingers turn blue. I am not on medication, but I run warm water over my hands frequently.

Hi, Iām Wondering How Many People Have RA (seropositive) Do People Take Narcotics For RA? Or Do We Just Live With It?
Does Anyone Else Feel Like A Whimp When They Have To Admit That They Are Just Not Having A Good RA Day?
